REDPM takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use
REDPM collects client information when you register for a REDPM account, make a rental application or inquiry, or when you use certain REDPM services. REDPM may also receive client information from our business partners. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that REDPM does not own or control, or to people that REDPM does not employ or manage. We do not collect client information about you through our web site unless you submit that information to us via the feedback form during your visit. We track usage of our website and record the preferences of visitors to our website, but we do not record any client information about you through these processes. REDPM uses information for two general purposes, to fulfill your requests for certain services, and to contact you about new rental vacancies, services or information about REDPM.


Information Sharing and Disclosure
REDPM will not sell or rent your information to anyone. REDPM will not send client information about you to other companies or people unless:
  • We have your consent to share the information;
  • We need to share your information to provide the service you have requested;
  • We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of REDPM to provide a service to you.
  • We will only provide those companies the client information they need to deliver the service;
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal or law enforcement processes.


  • Cookies
    REDPM may set and access REDPM cookies on your computer. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.


    Security
    You can review your information by contacting REDPM. REDPM is committed to protecting the security of your information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access. REDPM is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.


    Changes to this Privacy Policy
    REDPM may occasionally update this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our home page. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to this privacy policy and any updates.

    Tenancy Referal Policy


    It is the policy of REDPM to pay current residents and members of our mailing list a $200 referral fee for telling new potential tenants about our available properties. Because these people may become your neighbor, we wish to ensure that only qualified residents are accepted. Towards this end we are paying the referring resident $200 subject to the following three conditions.
      All incoming prospective residents are subject to the normal screening process. We appreciate your assistance in referring someone, but the ultimate selection of any new resident is at the sole discretion of REDPM.
      The new resident(s) must pay his or her rent on time by the due date every month and there must be no neighbor complaints of record against the new resident(s).
      Only one referral fee is payable.
    The payment will be paid to you in two parts. $75 will be paid immediately after the new resident(s) is approved and moves into the property. At the end of the first six-month period of occupancy by the new resident(s), $125 will be paid if all the conditions above have been met. If the conditions are not met, no further payment will be made.
    Vendor Terms and Conditions


  • REDPM has standard payment terms of “Net 30 EOM”. Any payment terms other than Net 30 EOM must be requested by the vendor and agreed to in writing prior to supplying products/services to REDPM.
  • REDPM does not pay late charges.
  • All invoices should be mailed to:

  • All invoices should indicate the date of service, building location and (if applicable) the apartment number.
  • Invoices that have been submitted to an address other than the above address or electronically by e-mail may be denied for payment.
  • The payment and submittal requirements for construction projects financed by the bank may overide these terms and conditions.
